Good Company's Mission is to earn our clients' ever growing trust and confidence by providing loving, dependable and conscientious care of their companion animals, over the course of what we hope to be a very long-term relationship.Relationships is what Good Company is about. Building positive relationships with our clients and their pets is our number one priority. Maintaining and improving these relationships takes precedence over increasing our client base, over attending to administrative tasks, and even over making money. While Good Company knows well no business can survive without paying attention to the bottom line, for us our customers are the bottom line. We know that a satisfied customer is far more valuable than the revenue from any assignment. We follow the philosophy, "Do what you love, and the money will follow." We love the expression of a grateful animal's eyes in return for loving care. We love knowing that through attentive kindnesses and respect for an animal's individuality, we have earned that animal's trust, rather than merely their tolerance. We love the sound of relief we hear in a new customer's voice after they return from an absence to find their beloved pets happy and healthy, and their home in order. We love knowing that we have earned the confidence of yet another animal lover. We also love to talk with our customers. About their pets, about their vacations, their lives, the weather, whatever. Getting to know our customers as people, instead of just paychecks, is also part of our Mission. And the better we know our customers, the better able we'll be to cater to their individual needs. Catering to individual needs is the final objective of our Mission. Pet-care is not a "one-size-fits-all" service. At least to us, it's not. That's why we offer free orientations, and maintain an "Open-Ear" Policy at all times. We provide our customers every opportunity to tell us whatever we need to know in order to provide the best care for their pets. |
